"Healthy" dessert/snack. 1 container vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (chunky would work too), 1/2TBSP honey. Stir together until it starts to thicken and is well blended. Add in mini semi-sweet chips or raisins if wanted. Use as dip for apple slices, banana chips, or spread onto a graham cracker. You could even eat it straight from bowl! This is dense and has protein from the peanuts, so it'll make 3 or so servings easily.
