"Easiest healthy mac ever" Easy, yes. I'm not so sure about healthy - I guess that's relative. We couldn't find Aloutte white cheddar, so we used a local spreadable garlic cheddar. We also used pasta shells and added more spinach than the recipe called for. It was really easy and delicious; we're still looking for the white cheddar to do it that way, too.
