Making a Dairy-Free Diet Less of an Effort

Those packages of pre-sliced apples you can buy at store are great for a healthy snack on the go but the price can add up. Make your own by slicing apples, soak in cold water for 3-5 minutes, then soak in a lemon-lime carbonated soda (such as 7-up or sprite) for 3-5 minutes. Divide into snack size portions and store in Ziploc bags in the fridge. The lemon-lime soda will keep the apples from browning and make them last longer. LOVE THIS IDEA!

No Carbs Yay!!!Take a box of Angel Food Cake mix , and combine it with a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple in its own juice. When you do this, something magical happens. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into an amazingly airy, fluffy bowl of deliciousness right before your eyes. Once its all mixed up, simply pour it into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. AMAZING!!!! -this was super easy & tasty!
