Wake-up Workout. it's so hard for me to wake up and work out sooo early. i tried videos, just cant get the time to finish them! gonna try this next week. (daily work out)

Quick Morning Workout - although I'll make this my nightly work out since I do the longer stuff in the morning :)

Stability ball  glute bridges with a 45lbs plate. This exercise will work your lower back making it look deeper therefore making your glutes appear larger. This exercise will target your glutes making them not only look tighter but rounder!  This is a must try!

I honestly want to become a runner just so I can do the color run. I've never been a runner in all my life. Even when I was younger and actually in shape I couldn't run to save my life. But I SOOOO want to do the color run!
