Considering this Dark Ceramic Tile Wood Plank. I love the look of rustic wood, but I'm not sure that it would hold up to my two giant dogs and my baby. Ceramic tile seems like it good be a good option!
The floors are incredible. I love that aged wood finish! I just wish I knew how to reproduce that depth of color and texture without waiting for a hundred years of use, let alone the incredible detail shown in the pattern. I love this floor!

Use smaller tiles as a threshold to transition from tile to wood. I love this idea for when we upgrade down the road. I may put small tile on front of my step down from kitchen to living room. Or transition in bathroom from wood to tile
