Sesame ginger salmon: 1/4 C olive oil 2 T Sesame Oil 2 T Soy Sauce 2 T Brown Sugar 2 T dijon mustard 2 Garlic mined 2 tsp ground ginger Mix all ingredients together and pour over Salmon & marinate. Bake or grill until almost done. Glaze & broil until completely cooked.
I make my kids eat salmon patties 3-5X per week because they are so high in DHA and a gazillion other things that you cannot get in any other foods. And my kids ACTUALLY like the taste - even Max! I only use the boiled salmon in cans (fresh Alaskan wild has no toxins in it!!!!)
