Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake-  1/2 banana, 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt , 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or vanilla soy milk), 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, few shakes of pumpkin pie spice, 4-5 ice cubes. Done.

Mocha Coconut Protein Shake ♦ 1 scoop Chocolate whey protein powder (I use Designer Whey) ♦ 1 cup of Original Coconut Milk (You can also use Vanilla Coconut Milk) ♦ 1 packet of instant coffee (I use Starbucks Via: Columbia) ♦ Optional: 1/2 tsp (or to taste) Coconut Extract ♦ Ice Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix and enjoy!
