    I remember the rule is "If it's white, it 'aint right!" or something to do that effect. :-) Cheese and milk from what I understand is off the 4 hour Diet menu.

    Yeah, I remember that, but I think cottage cheese was the exception because of the protein properties...I could be wrong, though...must read up again, LOL!

(Just leave out the cheese and bread crumbs for the 4 Hour Diet.) Bake avocados at 450F for 5 minutes. Filling is a mixture of salsa/tomatoes, cheese, bread crumbs, basil, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper.

    I just put a handfull of black beans in with my eggs, salsa, zucchini and mushroom & egg scramble... they're mostly just texture and it's super tasty!

    He actually tells you to NOT only eat egg whites.If you onyl eat egg whites, you might as well not eat eggs at all because without the yolk your body won't absorb any of the nutrients.

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken: 24-ounce jar medium salsa, Juice from one lime, ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped), 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning, 2 jalapeno peppers (finely chopped- optional), 6 defrosted boneless chicken breast halves. 6 Hours on Low.

Curried Sprouted Lentils with a Ginger and Garlic Cilantro Sauce

(2011-06) Indian spiced lentils: 2 tablespoons olive oil + 1 large yellow onion + 2 garlic cloves + 2 teaspoons ground cumin + 1 teaspoon ground coriander + 1 teaspoon ground mustard + 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric + 1 cup green lentils + 1½ cup chicken stock (or water for vegetarian option) + 4 scallions, thinly sliced, white and green parts divided + 1 green jalapeno pepper + 1 red serrano pepper + 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses + 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper + ½ cup cilantro leaves + ¼ cup Italian parsley leaves. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium saucepan. Add onion and sauté 2 minutes. Add garlic and spices and sauté 1 minute. Add lentils and stir to coat. Add stock. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the lentils are soft but chewy, about 40 minutes. Transfer lentils to a large bowl. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet. Add white part of scallions and peppers. Sauté briefly until peppers brighten in color, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add to lentils. 3. Stir in pomegranate molasses, salt and pepper. Taste to adjust seasoning. Before serving, add green scallions, cilantro and parsley and gently toss to combine. Serve warm or at room temperature. (The flavors will develop if refrigerated several hours or overnight.)
