Parmesan Roasted Broccoli: Cut up 2 heads of broccoli & 5 garlic cloves. Toss with 2 TBL Olive Oil in roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake on 425 for minutes. Take out and toss in Cup chopped Pecans, Cup Parmesan Cheese, & 2 TBL Lemon Juice.
