Flourless Cloud Bread- 3 eggs, separated, 3 ounces reduced-fat/fat-free cream cheese OR 3 tablespoons sour cream or ricotta cheese or cottage cheese or thick yogurt, teaspoon Splenda granular, teaspoon cream of tartar and a Pinch of salt
No Dough Pizza- low carb and gluten free. This was pretty good. Just make your normal home made pizza. It does taste like a really great pizza. and NO gluten and very low carb. :-) Those who could eat normal pizza ate it willingly.
Low carb Pizza Crust-Mix 2 cups of mozzarella cheese 1 cup of cheddar cheese 3 eggs Combine all together. I used parchment paper, otherwise use non stick spray. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, refrigerate for 5 minutes.
