Deconstructed Eggrolls for bariatric eating

This deconstructed or 'unrolled' egg roll in a bowl is crisp and has the flavors of your fave egg roll. Chop everything first and have it on a plate so you can add everything to your hot skillet and have it to the table fast!

Protein Cheesecake - high protein, low carb, no fat....OMG!!!

LEMON PROTEIN CHEESE CAKE 2 c. low fat cottage cheese c. free lemon jello disolved in c. boiling water 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Tbs lemon zest i use an immersion blender !

No dough pizza.  For when you absolutely want pizza but not all the carbs.... Yeah, I found it!!

No Dough Pizza- low carb and gluten free. This was pretty good. Just make your normal home made pizza. It does taste like a really great pizza. and NO gluten and very low carb. :-) Those who could eat normal pizza ate it willingly.

Low carb pizza crust. No flour needed. INGREDIENTS: 2 C. Shredded Mozzarella  1 C. Shredded Cheddar  3 Eggs  DIRECTIONS: Combine & spread thinly across a pan. Bake 10 min @ 450. Should be melted & a little crisp on edges. Put in the fridge for 5 min to cool faster (optional). Add toppings (pre-cook anything raw) & broil for 5 min. Cool slightly before cutting/serving.

Low carb Pizza Crust-Mix 2 cups of mozzarella cheese 1 cup of cheddar cheese 3 eggs Combine all together. I used parchment paper, otherwise use non stick spray. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, refrigerate for 5 minutes.
