CRAB MEAT PIE (no crust) 7 1/2 oz. crab meat 1 c. finely chopped celery 2 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. crushed pork rinds 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar 1/4 tsp. salt 1- 2 Tbsp. old bay Combine crab meat, celery, salt, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, eggs, old bay and all but 2 tablespoons crushed pork rinds. Mix lightly. Turn into pie pan, sprinkle with reserved rinds and Cheddar cheese. Bake 25 mins at 350.
