Hot onion & cheese dip. 1 large onion, 1 container cream cheese & chives, 1/2 cup mayo, 2 cups parmesean cheese, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, salt & pepper to taste. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer mixture to a 1 quart baking dish and bake at 450 for abou 20 minutes or until browned on top. Serve with slightly toasted baguette slices.
