This is not a derailment. The crew has stopped the train to check and see if any of their cars are on the ground. It's a real train on a real, if somewhat (ahem) ridiculous, track. The crew resumed their trip shortly thereafter. Location is Defiance, Ohio.

Old train bridge built by the Spokane Falls and Northern Railroad
Built in 1893 by the Nelson and Fort Sheppard Railway, now converted to a one lane road bridge. A new railroad bridge built in 1947 is directly behind the old bridge.
