Gorgeous 18th century gown that includes sack dress, petticoat and pannier. Can be made of another fabric only (the same colour, but without embroidery) because original pattern is out of stock. When I sewed this set I used a cut of sack dress and petticoat (c.1770-5, Snowshill Manor) from Janet Arnold`s book. The sack dress is made of polyester taffeta.
