Pinned Recipes I've Made

I want compliments on chicken! "I have never gotten so many compliments before, Call this chicken, “So Good it Can’t Be Described, Explosion on Your Taste Buds Chicken.” Exactly. I have never encountered a dish that is so basic and simple to put together yet creates such a big pay off. This chicken, quite simply, is one of the most savory things I’ve ever eaten.
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Bell Peppers - this looks way more delicious than how mine came out. I did use the crock pot so maybe roasted in oven would be better. I also like roasted red peppers better than green so IF I try this again (I'm kind of scarred) then I'd make those changes.
Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies - so delicious. Softer than your normal soft baked chocolate chip. I like soft cookies so I thought these were especially good. I did put the dough in the freezer to firm up a bit before I baked because it seemed pretty sticky to me.
Peanut Butter Cookie Bars- triple layer #peanutbutter bars with Reese's cups and pieces! #dessert www.shugarysweets... - these were a big hit last night! If you like peanut butter, definitely try this recipe. I took a shortcut and rather than making the peanut butter cookie dough I bought a Betty Crocker mix, made it according to the instructions, baked it 13x9 pan about 15 min, then followed the recipe for the second layer.
30 Minute Homemade Soft Pretzels...soft & salty! These were yummy!! Will make again!! I used all white flour, but next time I'll mix in some whole wheat. I think I barely used 4 cups of flour in them so don't be surprised if you don't use all of the flour the recipe calls for!
french-toasted angel food cake with whipped cream and strawberries. Honestly, it was good, but I thought it would be better - I thought it would be one of my favorite things. It wasn't.
Blueberry Pie Bars - so good.. very moist like a cross between a crumble and a bar. Left out 1/4 of the sugar in the filling and it's still very good. Think I could have left some of the sugar out from the crust too, only because I'm always looking to save calories not because it's super sweet.
Slice whole potatoes almost all the way through, drizzle with olive oil and seasoning, 40 minutes at 425F, these were good, but I think my potatoes were too big because they took a lot longer to cook. Making these a second time... been in oven about 2 hours and I still don't feel like they're done to my liking.
