These are peanut butter energy bites NO BAKING! 2 cups Quick cook oats( not instant oatmeal) 3 tsp Honey Smooth peanut butter- at least few heaping tablespoonfuls to get the right consistency 2 tsps Ground flax seed 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp Visalus vi-shape shake mix Cant give EXACT proportions because some peanut butter is thicker than others. But mix well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes or so then you can form balls with your hands
