This was my lunch: 12 oz. soy milk, 2 scoops of ViSalus shake mix, a handful of blueberries, and a big dolop of Greek yogurt.  Made it in no time and drank it on the way to my soccer game. These are peanut butter energy bites NO BAKING! 2 cups Quick cook oats( not instant oatmeal) 3 tsp Honey Smooth peanut butter- at least few heaping tablespoonfuls to get the right consistency 2 tsps Ground flax seed 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp Visalus vi-shape shake mix Cant give EXACT proportions because some peanut butter is thicker than others. But mix well, then refrigerate for 30 minutes or so then you can form balls with your hands

Ube (purple yam) Shake  2 scoops Vi Shake mix*  1 heaping T of Ube paste (low sugar) or yam  4 oz coconut juice (may substitute coconut water if this is too sweet)  4 oz soy, almond soy or skim milk  1-2 graham crackers or 1 scoop graham cracker crumbs (low fat/low sugar)  6 - 8 cubes of ice  * optional ~ you may do just all coconut juice and not add soy/almond/coconut milk, or do all milk and no juice.    *Visalus Vi-Shape http://fanntabulous.bodybyvi.com for more info
