South Western Ranch Dressing by Dr. Fuhrman --- 15 ounces silken tofu, drained and squeezed dry 1/3 cup white vinegar 2 tablespoons chia seeds 3 dates, pitted 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder, or to taste 1/4 cup minced tomatoes 2 tablespoons minced onion

Shannies, this is the one I made. It is very yummy! 1 large orange (peeled and segmented), 1/2 of a large banana (sliced), 6 large strawberries, 2 cups spinach, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla almond milk, 1 cup ice. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
