Paleo Fish Sticks: Ingredients: - 1 pound fresh cod - 2 large eggs - 1 1/2 cups almond flour (I use Honeyville brand) - 1/2 cup arrowroot powder - 1/2 tsp. sea salt - 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp. paprika - 3-4 Tbsp. lard/bacon fat or tallow

CHICKEN MARINADE:  3 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos (a safe soy sauce) 2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce (Sugar Free, see resources for brand suggestions) 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar 1 TBSP Lemon Juice 1 ½ tsp dry ground mustard ¾ tsp black pepper 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced 2 TBSP low sodium chicken broth Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag, seal and shake. Add chicken and marinade at least 30 minutes or  up to overnight. Grill.
