Grilled Pork Tenderloin 1 1/2 - 2 lb. pork tenderloin 2 T. olive oil 2 T. balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. soy sauce 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp. black pepper Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Place the tenderloin in a Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate for at least 2-3 hours, the longer the better. Fire up the grill, you want the heat to be at least 400 degrees.
