Wash the mason jars well in hot water and soap. Rinse well. Place a tea bag in each mason jar. Pour cold distilled water into each jar leaving 1 ½ inches of space under the rim for fruit. Place lid on tightly. Place the jars in the warm sunlight to brew. For temps over 90 degrees, this can be done in just an hour. Take jars out of the sun and use tongs to place fruit and herbs into each jar. Place lids back on and place in ice bath or fridge.
