Soft Sandwich Bread, Gluten-Free. I use 3 cups brown rice flour + 3 cups tapioca starch instead of her mix. I add 1T ground flax seed to the wet goods instead of gum (works great!), I use Red Star yeast (in envelopes). I use DIY baking powder, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and use the bread maker. Mine takes about 2hrs and kneads the bread. It's delicious!
