This is from a college professor who is combating punctuation "myths" kids pick up in school. It's a nice article. I like the how the "commas go where you breath" myth is debunked. Better to start teaching my kids the right way from the beginning.
Grammar Journals are an interesting way to teach/integrate grammar lessons. Left side is the grammar lesson with rules, and the right side is their attempts at using it in their own way with a writing prompt. Could use as a method of assessment.
