Baked Parmesan Zucchini Sticks - 3 medium zucchini cut in sticks; 1 cup Panko; cup grated Parm; 1 egg; S/P; Ranch dressing for dipping. Cut zucchini in Dip in beaten egg with S/P, then roll through Parm/Panko mix. Bake at for about 20 minutes.
