Homemade Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Truffles Ingredients: -1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened -1 lb powdered sugar -1 cup peanut butter -10-12 graham cracker sheets (I just used one whole "sleeve" of graham crackers and didn't actually count how many were in there . . . so it is just a guess that there are 10-12 whole crackers) -dipping chocolate, melted Put graham crackers in a food processor or plastic Ziploc bag and beat until they are finely crushed. Mix butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and graham crackers together in large bowl. Roll into 1" balls. Place rolled balls on large cookie sheet (I lined my cookie sheet with parchment paper) and stick in the freezer for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, melt dipping chocolate. Once the peanut butter balls have set up, dip in chocolate and place back on cookie sheet. Let set up before serving. Makes 6-7 dozen

Nutella Popsicles---Ingredients: -Chocolate milk/hazelnut chocolate milk -Nutella (Duh!) Instructions: 1-Whisk together chocolate milk and Nutella until mixed uniformly. Chill mixture for at least 2 hours. 2-Pour into Zoku pop slots (or another brand of ice pop freezing containers) and freeze. 3-ENJOY!!!
Nutella fudgesicles Super Simple Nutella Ice Cream - 350 grams (= 12 1/3 ounces = 1 1/2 cups = 360 ml) store-bought chocolate hazelnut spread, preferably all-natural and organic - 410 grams (= 14 1/2 ounces = 1 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon = 380 ml) unsweetened evaporated milk* (in French, lait concentré non sucré; I used reduced fat)

Combine the chocolate hazelnut spread and the evaporated milk in a medium mixing bowl, and stir with a whisk until they become one, voluptuous and smooth. Depending on the texture of the spread you're using, this may take a few minutes; don't get discouraged. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Whisk again and churn in your ice cream maker.
