4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 16 Ounce Bottle of Italian Dressing, 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, 4-6 Potatoes scrubbed cut in half or wedges, 1/2 bag of mini carrots

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 16 Ounce Bottle of Italian Dressing, 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, 4-6 Potatoes scrubbed cut in half or wedges, 1/2 bag of mini carrots

These carrots are amazing!  Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil.  Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.  Pop them back into the oven for about 5 more minutes.
