Best Skinny Chocolate Ever by Alicia Peterson 1/4 c coconut oil 1/4 c coconut butter 1/4 c cocoa powder Pinch salt Dash vanilla extract 1/32 tsp pure stevia 2-3 Tbsp cream, half and half, or almond milk Warm coconut butter til pourable. Mix using mixer med/hi speed til mixed well. Add cream 1 T at a time til you reach desired dark/milk chocolate Refrigerate and it is like a rich, milk chocolatey fudge!! It's absolutely divine! I love it!
Canning butter for long-term food storage- I didn't know this was possible!!! After reading the instructions, I would suggest you use unsalted butter. This is a great idea if you find butter on a loss-leader (selling below wholesale price) sale!
