The detail of design is apparent in this small basket as you look inside to find a lovely pattern. The basket is amazing; so small and so wonderfully crafted. It was cleaned by Objects Conservator, Gwen Spicer with a soft brush and low suction vacuum as well as a mild enzymatic treatment. The baskets are all carefully stabilized and secured with archival storage methods.
