Goenka is head of new for Indian Express, one of India's most important newspapers. Greg Galant is co-founder of MuckRack, a startup that bills itself as "the destination for journalists on Twitter and social media" (think of it as a LinkedIn for journalists - more than 10,000 journalists are already on it). He shares his thoughts on how journalists and PR folks can better use MuckRack - and some tips on how getting attention to a startup like his. He is also co-founder of the ShortyAwards (which I help judge), though we don't talk about that here.

Natalia Gomez, former community manager of El Tiempo, the biggest newspaper in Colombia, is visiting NYC from Bogota. After one of my late social media classes on Nov 15, 2012, we walked together down Broadway and talked about social media. She shared her thoughts about Twitter, about how social media is used in Colombia (including a mayor who breaks news at 4 a.m.) and El Tiempo crossing the million-follower milestone last week.
