Tomato corn chowder -Lg. Onion chopped -2 cans 15 and a 1/4 0z each hold kennel corn undrained -2 cans 14 and a a half ounces each diced tomatoes undrained -4 medium potatoes peeled and diced - a little olive oil In olive oil sauteed onions until tender. add the corn tomatoes and potatoes, cook over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
