HOLY MOLY it was good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!
My husband talked about this for two days - 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Chicken on bottom - Stove Top over chicken, Cream of Chicken/Sour Cream mix on top. Cover and cook for 4 hours on low. Trying this right now!! Try adding broccoli after the chicken for an all-in-1 meal.
Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice- this looks so intriguing to me; except I hate processed foods and despise canned cream of anything. I wonder if I can make it cleaner. Maybe a mac'n cheese style (gluten free, of course) with rice and corn, maybe add some chicken or crab. Thoughts out there?

Combine 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2-10.75 cans of cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup of butter (sliced) and 42 oz. of chicken broth in your crock pot. Cover cook on low for 8 hours. Add bag of egg noodles.cook for 1 more hour.
