I hate that people think Nashville Hot Chicken comes with a paste or sauce on top. It originally doesn't. One restaurant in Nashville does it and it's automatically a Nashville thing? I'm from Nashville and this is what REAL Nashville Hot Chicken is!
If you are looking for a delicious and very easy fried chicken recipe, this is a great one to use. Flour, milk and eggs are used for a crispy batter and the chicken pieces are cooked in a skillet until they are cooked through and tender on the inside and golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Baked Steak Burritos....I used tomato sauce mixed with fajita seasoning and hot sauce instead of enchilada sauce. Filled burrito with rice, corn, steak, sauce, cheddar cheese, then topped with remaining sauce and Mexican cheese. Baked as directed then broiled for 3 minutes on high. Kids loved!!
