"Paleo: Turkey, Avocado, Cucumber Roll. -Cut your cucumber in half (not lengthwise!). Next, with a sharp paring knife, make an initial indentation lengthwise and start cutting the core of the cucumber out, creating a hollow log shape out of the cucumber."
