My Nana's Pizzelle Recipe: This is my grandmother's recipe. Apparently she cut it out of the paper many years ago and it has been the go to recipe ever since for our family. Remember that you can always adjust the flavoring if you want it stronger or more mild. I always double the batch and use the following amount of flavor ( I know it looks weird, but I think the ratio is delicious!): 2 Tablespoons Anise Extract, 2 teaspoons Anise Extract and 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
