Pumpkin French Toast - this is the perfect Fall breakfast! My family loved it and it's so easy to make! It's also a great recipe to keep on hand for that extra 1/2 c pumpkin you have from other Fall baking.
Twice baked breakfast potato: butter insides, add cheese, bacon pieces, top with the egg, salt & pepper. Pop into the oven @ 350 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, don't over cook the egg. Top with cheese, bacon, green onions and some sour cream. Awesome for busy holiday mornings because you can do all the prep work ahead of time! Then just crack the egg and bake in the morning!!!
Crazy good yet distinctive, this Pumpkin French Toast will knock your socks off. It is made with Trader Joe's style homemade, quick and easy pumpkin butter! Perfect for weekend mornings and holidays—not just during the fall, but for the spring Maple Syrup Harvest season that runs through April. | breakfast brunch recipe
