Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 (12-cup) muffin pans with foil cupcake liners, or spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Crock Pot Chicken Tacos: Place about 3 pounds of bonless skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot mixed with one 1oz packet of ranch seasoning mix and one 1oz packet of taco seasoning with one can of chicken broth and cooked on low for 3 hours. Shred chicken and serve with toppings. (or use for awesome chicken taco salad!)
chicken ranch tacos- my family loved these! They couldn't get enough and it's so very easy! I used the crock pot version that is mentioned in the comments area of the blog (1.5lbs of raw (not frozen) chicken breast, 1 packet of dry ranch dressing, 1 packet chicken taco seasoning & 1 can of chicken broth. Put that all in the crockpot and cooked on low for 3 hours then shredded the chicken and let it cook on low another 30 min). We will certainly be making these again!
