Easy, vegetarian meal! Boil 2 cups of Farfalle (bow tie pasta until chewable). Saute 2 cloves of elephant garlic in extra virgin olive oil.  Add 1-2 cans organic, diced tomatoes. Add one can of chic peas. Let simmer a few minutes. (Add  spinach, broccoli or any other vegetables you enjoy). Drain the pasta and toss it in.
