THE ERA OF "THE SHIFT".....Now this is when the term "liberated women" took over. Finally....no girdle, no tight belts, no poking pinching bras, clean air blowing between your legs instead of those tight hot panties....Free at last.....yes, Free at last! It was great being a girl in the 60's. SH

I grew up with this style of outdoor furniture in the 50's and 60's! Everyone owned a set. Ours was an aqua blue. Actually very comfy and sturdy and I don't remember ever having to repaint it. SH

CHARLIE MANSON....Who can forget. Really turned a lot of people against any and all things hippie which was not fair. I was a hippy and preached peace and love not murder and hate. Such a long time ago and such a sad thing. SH

Tiny Tears doll, American Character 1959-61, a rare, jointed 18" doll with rubber body & hard plastic head & tear ducts; she would drink & wet. I can remember begging for one of these for Christmas and then changing wet diapers and making messes all over the house for weeks until my mother was crazy. SH
