I am not a vegetable lover. That said, I do like to eat healthy and I know eating lots of veggies is a part of that. When I discovered roasting them I was amazed at how it changed the taste from simply being steamed or sauteed. Roasting Green Beans imparts a yummy slightly sweet and smokey taste that makes them pretty amazing.
Yes. Yes yes yes. Boil artichokes with your crawfish! Then use my daddy's famous artichoke sauce for dipping (which would actually be good on the crawfish too!) A half stick of butter, a few large dollops of mayo, microwave for 30 seconds, squeeze some fresh lemon in and whip with a spoon and you're good to go! I like to throw in some sausage, mushrooms, and asparagus in a crawfish boil too! So many possibilities :0D
