Spicy Curry Quinoa with Fried Chicken
Add 1 pack of spicy curry quinoa, 2 cups of water (rice cooker measuring cup) and a little sesame oil for a good dose of healthy fats into the rice cooker. Wait for 15-20mins and your quinoa is ready! Serve with fried chicken on the side. ;-)
