Red Velvet Christmas pancakes Red Velvet Pancakes with chocolate chips Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons granulated sugar 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 large eggs 1-1/2 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup sour cream 2 teaspoons red food coloring 4 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips (doesn’t matter what kind you use)

Last pinner said...I do this daily (: Perfectly cooked, shaped eggs - and you can bake a whole lot simultaneously: Just grab a muffin tin and and very lightly oil each spot in the tin with either butter or spray oil. Then crack an egg in each muffin area! Stick these in a 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes. Put on a English muffin, with shredded cheese. Can be frozen and reheated. Brilliant!

Coconut French Toast with Coconut Syrup. Just made this for our anniversary. I whisked it really hard because I didn't want to clean the blender. It was amazing! The syrup is really sweet and ill halve the syrup recipe next time. Highly recommend!

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal Blueberry & Raspberry Baked Oatmeal makes 6 servings Ingredients: 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, divided 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon Pinch of salt 1/4 cup maple syrup (I used sugar free) 1 cup milk (I used skim) 1 large egg, lightly beaten 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2-3 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced 1 cup blueberries or raspberries, fresh or frozen, divided Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375F. 2. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix the oats, half of the walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to combine. In a liquid measuring cup, combine the syrup, milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. 3. Spread the sliced bananas in a single layer over the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of the berries. Sprinkle the dry oat mixture over the fruit in an even layer. Pour the liquid ingredients evenly over the oats. 4. Sprinkle the remaining nuts and berries over the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the top is browned and the oats have set. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
