But, I went to a class one day and haven't looked back since. it's the best thing ever for me. i get to have a ton of fun and workout (and SEE RESULTS!!!!) all at the same time. and i think i've realized i kinda like dancing!! :) love zumba...it's changed me a bit I think!!

This was my first step at a green smoothie! Even though it's actually purple because of the blueberries! I didn't use peaches, subbed almond milk for soy and added extra Greek yogurt and half a scoop of protein powder for more protein. Delicious! If anything, I'll use less honey next time because it was a little on the sweet side. Green Monster Smoothie 1 banana, roughly chopped 4 or 5 strawberries 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 small peach, peeled and roughly chopped 1 heaping cup (or more) fresh spinach leaves, thoroughly rinsed splash vanilla soy milk 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons honey 1/2 cup crushed ice
