    Yay! I bought this device when you posted that it had gone on sale on Amazon. I love the stainless steel pot which is much easier to clean than a slow cooker crock. I've only cooked a curry so far and it was yummy. One thing I need to learn is just how quickly this device cooks as even the short 5 minutes of cooking was a bit much for the potatoes. Thank you for posting your wonderful recipes as I am sure it will speed along my adjustment to this wonderful cooker!

    It definitely takes some experimentation to get the hang of it. Things like the freshness of the produce and your area's altitude play big parts in timing, so you have to work out what times work best for you. Have fun!
