Japanese Cucumber Salad 2 large cucumbers tablespoon salt cup white rice vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons white sugar teaspoon white or black sesame seeds, or a mixture of both
Pancit w/ Chicken. This is delicious, inexpensive and easy to make! It can also be made with leftover pork or chicken. The only thing I did different was soak the rice sticks in chicken bouillon instead of water. I think I will add peapods next time. I made this two nights in a row everyone liked it so much!
