She Walks in Beauty - George Gordon, Lord Byron. Not my favorite, but so famous it's impossible not to pin.

I am loving the idea of a bird escaping a birdcage, holding a scrap of paper in its beak with the words "Hold fast to dreams"

The whole poem is powerful, but the final two lines are almost a battle cry, they give me chills every time I read them...It is better to burn out than to fade away. fight on. don't accept temporary defeat, despair, society's summation and definition of your worth, your reality and what your future holds. never give up. stand up and fight, fight for what you want from life....give it every thing you've got until the very end, the very last breath. there is always, always hope

Famous poem of Lord Byron (and made famous again in the opening of the film "Into the Wild" (only the first part). One of my favorite poems and my inner soul song
