MAPLE DIJON CHICKEN - PHASE 1 - Mix together in a bowl - 1/4 C.Dijon Mustard, 1/4 C. Walden Farms Maple Syrup, 3/4 tsp. garlic, 2 T. apple cider vinegar. Place 6 boneless chicken thighs in a baking dish - salt and pepper both sides. Pour 1/2 the mixture over the thighs, turn thighs and pour the rest over the top.
