Grilled Malibu Chicken. Add some much needed pizazz to grilled boneless-skinless chicken. The breasts are marinated in a dry rub, grilled with a pineapple mustard sauce, then topped with sliced deli ham, Swiss cheese and a pineapple ring. It's almost like an inside-out cordon bleu that can be served plated, or as a sandwich on a hearty bun.
Crockpot Chicken Tacos (With Leftovers for Tortilla Soup!)
Cant wait to try this! Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
