Directions: Fucking squat again. (Sorry for cursing, I was really just tired of squatting at this point and even typing it makes me cringe.) Kick one leg out to the side and alternate sides, staying in the 'squat' position the entire time. Again, I did ten reps per leg, three times. Someone give me a medal or something.Focus Area: Inner thighs
