Gotta try this! I love shrimp!!! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)
Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps...healthy recipe and VERY filling! This made quite a bit more than James and I could eat in one night! LOTS of leftovers...good meal for company maybe? Next time half the recipe! 😊 Otherwise double score!!!!
Crockpot Pineapple Chicken - 3-4 Chicken Breasts (about 2 lbs) 1 can of pineapple in juice (tidbits, chucks, rings, it doesn’t matter) 1 medium onion 2 TBSP soy sauce ½ cup chicken broth
Cheesy RItz Cracker Chicken 4 large chicken breasts 2 sleeves Ritz crackers 1/4 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1/2 C milk 3 C cheddar cheese, grated 1 t dried parsley Sauce: 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup 2 T sour cream 2 T butter dip chicken in milk, roll in cheese, coat with crakcer crumbs. Spray pan, lay in chicken, sprinkle w/parsley. Bake 350 35 min w/foil cover. Remover cover bake 10 more minutes.
