Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients 1 cup fresh or frozen hulled strawberries 1 medium-size, ripe banana 1/2 cup of low fat greek yogurt or vanilla ice cream (optional) 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon honey 2 to 3 ice cubes Yield: One 16oz or two 8oz servings Method Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away
Nutella Banana Smoothie -1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt -1/3 cup Nutella -1 banana, sliced -1 cup ice ~~Throw all said ingredients into your Magic Bullet and blend until your desired consistency has been reached.
Magic Bullet smoothies: Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, bananas, and frozen spinach or kale. Maybe a splash of OJ. Get some calcium into your morning! I'm thinking I can make a few batches and freeze a few, refrigerate a few, so I can have a ready-to-go breakfast in the mornings.
Raspberry Peach | 1 1/2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and chopped 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits) 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups ice Sweetener, to taste Blend together all the ingredients, except the ice, until smooth. Add the ice and blend again until frosty. Taste, and sweeten as desired. Makes two 16-ounce servings.
