If you're thinking about adding a new garden bed to your yard, it's important to know the sun exposure of that area. I like to track the sun exposure at different times during the season so I understand how the sun changes. Here's how to determine sun exposure in your garden. | GetBusyGardening.com

Did you know that you can call the City of Fresno's Water Division and request a New Lawn Permit which will allow you to water your newly installed lawn daily for 30 days!?! It's an exemption from the new 2 day watering schedule. All you have to do is give them your details and they will allow you 30 days of daily watering to get your lawn established (it still must adhere to the watering times of before 6am and after 7pm). Call them at 559-621-5480 or email waterconservation@fresno.gov
